At Timberline Behavioral Health we are committed to providing high quality services. If you have feedback or concerns about services provided by Timberline Behavioral Health, we welcome you to share your feedback and/or concern(s) with our team so we can find an appropriate solution. If you have a concern about services provided by Timberline Behavioral Health, please consider contacting the BCBA assigned to your case first. If the concern is not resolved with the BCBA, you can fill out the form linked below. The form will be submitted to our team of directors. One of our directors will contact you within one business day. If you feel your concern is not fully resolved by Timberline Behavioral Health, you may contact your insurance company to submit a complaint.
